JUICED by The Wave began with a simple conviction: that the best food comes from intention, community, and ingredients you can trust. Nestled along one of Buffalo's most vibrant corridors, we are more than a bakery — we are a gathering place.

Every loaf is mixed by hand. Every pastry is layered with care. Our grocery selection is curated with the same rigor — specialty oils, imported cheeses, local honey, and pantry staples that elevate the everyday meal.
